2wd, gas, lifted on blocks, the lightbar is pitiful output, three runs of 0/1 gauge power wires for amps, and terribly mis-aligned headlights.

4wd goes up, 2wd goes down. What’s so hard to understand?

10/10 would get stuck in 0.5" of snow.

Come on, the dude wants to be cool but just doesn’t have any money. Not everyone can afford a $1500 light bar, especially when 90% of the people with them never turn them on after they’re installed. lol.

Will never understand dudes that spend money lifting a 2WD Truck.

Some thrifty craigslisting and ebay-hunting could have easily made this legit. Long travel suspension, cut the bottom of the bed out, remove the lower front bumper, ditch the stupid LED bar for a rack of six Hella lights. AKA my plans for if I ever get a 4WD truck.

Yup. I love lowered trucks, and I love long-travel prerunners, and I love unmolested trucks. Anything else is just trying and failing.

We have a GMC as an office truck. After our snow, the truck was buried around the wheels. We hopped in and figured we could just blast out of the little bit of snow around the truck with 4x4. After a few minutes we couldn’t find the 4x4 button/gear....walked to the office to get shovels and came back.
/sighs

Seriously. For that money you could get a legitimate off-road Jeep.

Ahh another one of those cars to make me go blind while they are driving behind me. I swear some people have an obsession with having the brightest possible lights at all times, regardless of it impacting everyone around them.

Because for most of the guys who own these, it is all just looks, many of these trucks will never even see a dirt road, much less a full blown, miles from civilization, completely off the grid trail.

You could buy literally ANYTHING that is better off road for the price it took to buy/modify this.

It’s for when you want to look cool, without actually being cool

cut the bottom of the bed out?... ... okay

Yes but this looks SO MUCH COOLER.

Funny thing is that particular light bar was pretty terrible. I’ve seen 8-LED CREE flashlights that output more light.
